MiNiQ Privacy Policy
1. Overview
MiNiQ is an open-source Pokémon Mini emulator frontend for Android, developed by uplush. MiNiQ does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services. MiNiQ does not include, provide, or upload commercial game ROMs.
2. Files and data stored locally
MiNiQ accesses only game files, covers, folders, and export locations explicitly selected by the user through Android system pickers. Game content is processed locally on the device.
Application settings, per-game settings, controller profiles, battery saves, save states, screenshots, covers, logs, system files, and cache files may be stored in local app-specific storage.
3. Backup and device transfer
Subject to the user's Android backup settings, application preferences, controller profiles, game settings, battery saves, and save states may participate in Android cloud backup or device-to-device transfer. Covers, screenshots, logs, cache files, and system files are excluded from MiNiQ's configured backup set.
4. Optional cover downloads
Internet access is used only when the user chooses the game-cover download feature. MiNiQ downloads game metadata and cover images using HTTPS GET requests from:
- raw.githubusercontent.com
- thumbnails.libretro.com
MiNiQ may read a limited portion of a selected ROM locally to identify the game. ROM contents are not uploaded. The external services may receive standard connection information required for an HTTPS request, such as the IP address, HTTP User-Agent, and requested resource path. uplush does not operate a backend server and does not receive these requests.

5. Data retention and deletion
Local app data remains on the device until it is deleted through MiNiQ, Android application settings, or by uninstalling the app. Files explicitly exported outside app-specific storage may need to be deleted manually by the user. Android backup retention is controlled by the user's device, Google account, and backup provider.
6. Security
Network downloads use HTTPS. MiNiQ does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising or profiling.
7. Children's privacy
MiNiQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when MiNiQ's features or data-handling practices change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.

二、本地文件和数据

三、备份和设备迁移
根据用户的 Android 备份设置，应用偏好设置、控制器配置、单独游戏设置、 电池存档和即时存档可能参与 Android 云备份或设备间迁移。 游戏封面、截图、日志、缓存和系统文件已被排除在 谜你丘 配置的备份范围之外。
四、可选的游戏封面下载
只有当用户主动选择下载游戏封面时，谜你丘 才会访问互联网。 应用通过 HTTPS GET 请求从以下服务下载游戏资料和封面：
- raw.githubusercontent.com
- thumbnails.libretro.com
谜你丘 可能在设备本地读取用户所选 ROM 的有限内容，以识别游戏， 但不会上传 ROM 内容。外部服务可能接收到完成 HTTPS 请求所必需的 标准连接信息，例如 IP 地址、HTTP User-Agent 和所请求的资源路径。 uplush 不运营后端服务器，也不会接收到这些请求。

五、数据保留和删除

谜你丘 不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
八、政策更新
当 谜你丘 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化时，本政策可能进行更新， 并同步更新生效日期。
